I had intended to address the hot button issue of "Comprehensive" Immigration for my next column. But instead, something much bigger has come up. The Obama administration was starting to push the immigration issue in order to salvage his majority of the Hispanic vote. Instead of this, fate has given him a much bigger possible prize: Climate Cap and Tax Legislation.
