Głównym zadaniem Forum będzie poruszenie obecnie najbardziej nurtujących spraw  każdego obywatela :
Fatalny stan ekonomiczny, wysokie bezrobocie,  duże podatki realnościowe, pogarszający się rynek nieruchomości,  problemy ze świadczeniami emerytalnymi, finansowe problemy w szkolnictwie i lecznictwie,  problemy imigracyjne, oraz brak rejestracji Polskiego głosu w cenzusie 2010.

Na Forum zaproszeni zostali następujący Kandydaci Partii Demokratycznej:
Pat Quinn (na Gubernatora); Lisa Madigan (na Prokuratora Generalnego); Jesse White (na Sekretarza Stanu); Mike Quigley (na Kongresmana US); Alexi Giannoulias (na Senatora US); Mary Anselmo (na Senatora Stanowego); Wanda Majcher (na Senatora Stanowego); Wiktor Foryś (na Członka Rady Powiatu Cook); Dan Lipinski (na Kongresmana US); David Miller (na Kontrolera Finansów Stanowych); Terry Link (na Wice Gubernatora); Dan Seals (na Kongresmana US), David Hoffman (na Senatora US);Jan Schakowsky (na Kongresmana US); Scott Harper (na Kongresmana US); Justin Oberman (na Skarbnika Stanowego); Scott Lee Cohen (na Wice Gubernatora); Sylvester Baker Jr. (na Szeryfa Powiatu Cook); Toni Preckwinkle (na Prezesa Rady Stanowej); Julie Hamos ( na Kongresmana US); Jacob Meister( na Senatora US); John Fritchey (na Reprezentanta Stanowego).

Poczas Forum będą udostępnione dwie maszyny do głosowania, aby można zapoznać się  z elektronicznym systemem do głosowania.

The Forum panelists will address the most important issues today:
            Economic downturn, High rate of Unemployment, High RE Taxes, Real Estate Crisis, Reduction of Pension and Social Security Benefits, Funding for Schools, National Health Insurance, Immigration Issues, and the Lack of Polish Count in 2010  Census. 

The following Democratic Candidates were invited for the Forum:
Pat Quinn (for Governor), Lisa Madigan (for Attorney General), Jesse White (for Secretary of State), Mike Quigley (for US Congressman), Alexi Giannoulias (for US Senator), Mary Anselmo (for State Senator), Wanda Majcher(for State Senator), Viktor Foryś (for Cook County Commissioner), Dan Lipinski (for US Congressman), David Miller (for State Comptroller), Terry Link (for Lt. Governor), Dan Seals (for US Congressman), David Hoffman (for US Senator), Jan Schakowsky (for US Congressman), Scott Harper (for US Congressman), Justin Oberman (for State Treasurer), Scott Lee Cohen (for Lt.

Chicago Board of Elections will provide two actual voting machines for practicing purposes to acquaint voters with the electronic voting systems.
